Hello, I'm new in comsol, i want to simulate the drying effect of a fruit (pear) in rectangula shape.
I'have just started ,so I want to use fick law to determine D (m^2/s) and h (m/s), and then add heat effect.
My first doubt is this:
my experimental data of drying concentration knetics are Kgcwater/kg dry basis vs time. So is it possible to put for the concentration Kgcwater/kg dry basis or i have to change my data in mol/m^3?
